Osteoarthritis and weight
I'm 40 lbs overweight and have osteoarthritis in my hips. How much weight would I need to lose to have less hip pain?
I'm thinking about two benefits of weight loss: less stress on the joints, but maybe also less inflammation in the joints from body fat?
I felt dizzy after cardio stress test but the cardiologist said I have a good (or was it, strong?) heart. I'm around 42 and overweight. I've never been obese but just have been very active for about 15 years due to the nature of my work - office job.
Was to referred to cardiologists a month ago because of palpitations, which the docs attribute to anxiety. Echo, EKG, and stress test are all normal.
So, if I'm otherwise healthy what would cause someone to be so lightheaded or dizzy after a stress test?
